Their customer service is top-notch, and they always go above and beyond to sure I feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only are they friendly and welcoming, but they are also very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eyeglasses or an exam. They truly care about their customers and their intentions are always to help and solve any problems you may have. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my eyeglasses and exams. Didn't know what to expect as this is first time ever I've needed glasses. They explained the process and we're extremely patient in finding the perfect pair of glasses for me. Hands down the best eye glass store in TOWN!!! Just recently went there with my daughter to get an eye exam and new pair of glasses. From the minute we walked in we were treated like family!! Not only did they make you feel like family, but they took extreme precautions with keeping everyone safe in this pandemic. Each station was sanitized and wiped down before and after we browsed through all the glasses. The doc was beyond knowledgeable and they had the most high tech equipment for your eye exam. Definitely will be back!!
