All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise, a cancellation fee of $35 will be charged

Great selection of designer and boutique items and a great staff. There’s one lady, perhaps the owner with whom Im quite fond of, as her personality is gold. She shared some information on the local Indian food, which I appreciate 🤣It’s a shame I only visit yearly, awesome place.

Where do I start? My initial experience was horrible, simply terrifying, but, not because of Direct Optical. For vision insurance I have VSP-the WORST ever! Due to the policy requirements issued by VSP, all insured must get their lenses made in their lab. This is where the nightmare begins. My frames were shipped and a week had passed. I called Direct optical to check the status, the time frame quoted didn’t meet my urgency but I understood. It’s now Monday of the second week and I contacted VSP lab to be provided with their turn time and they flat out lied like Pinocchio! They told me my frames were shipped on Friday. They told DO they were shipped that day-( Monday). I called back a few hours later and they told me it was a breakage in the lenses. At this point, I was livid. I drove 50 minutes to their lab, retrieved my “shipped,” frames and headed back home. During this nightmare, I contacted the owner, Mariana. She immediately validated my experience with VSP, apologized and with urgency wanted to resolve the matter. She ordered new lenses, while waiting for them to arrive, she cut me lenses in her lab ( at no cost) to hold me over until my transitional lenses arrived. She did a stellar job and validated my experience. We ventured from talking about glasses to mental health, fashion, values and integrity. Just life altogether! The girl can talk! Lol. As I sit at her Canton location waiting for my frames to be completed, I am pleased by her professionalism. She met me with grace and kindness. She met me on a human level. She was willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied, and I am! I didn’t imagine her and I meeting this way( it’s been almost a month) but I think I found a new place to spend my bucks!
